I ordered a crewneck and a t shirt in late August and my credit card was charged $206 about a day or two after placing the order. I was a little confused as to why I hadn't yet recieved a confirmation email or tracking number so I ended up emailing them after about a week and I got the "Please standby as we are working vigorously to get you your package.." email. It was clear to me that nobody there actually read my concerns nor took the iniative to help because none of my questions were answered. I email again a few Weeks later and I get the same response. I then remained patient and understanding for a little longer until yesterday after emailing them for the 3rd time expressing how annoyed I was and surprise, surprise... Same email back. It is now October 9th, I am very frustrated and don't know what else to do.
All I can do is strongly advise people not to order from the Octobers Very Own store. At this point it's looking like a scam and being a huge Drake fan, I'm sure he doesn't have anything to do with how they're running it.. I However, I am very annoyed.
